Enchantress Pole Dance

Time to get your sexy on!

You’ve already learned the basic pole foundations, now you are ready to slink around the pole and floor like the sexy diva we know you are. In this class, you will focus on the sensual side of pole while learning to embrace both the light and the dark within you, all while feeling safe, sexy, confident, and empowered.

Prerequisites for this class: you must take at least 3 recent beginner level pole dance classes or have received approval from the lead instructor in order to ensure knowledge of safe pole foundations are met for both students and instructors.

For this class you will need:

  • Whatever makes you feel sexy and comfortable to move in.
  • Heels are highly recommended, but not required.
  • Knee coverage may be needed depending on personal preference.

Students should make sure that they are properly hydrated and well nourished to take this class.

Liquid Motion®

Officially Licensed and Certified.

The Liquid Motion® class is an open level class that utilizes elements of fitness conditioning, sensual movement, and dance theory, to provide a total mind and body movement experience. In this 75- minute class, students learn the fundamentals of Liquid Motion® to build a foundation for floor work & wall work. The class is made up of body conditioning, lateral movement drills, intricate floor sequences, exploration of sensual movement, and an understanding of total body awareness. This combination is Liquid Motion®.

Liquid Motion® is a methodology that can apply to any aspect of life, from everyday movement to technical dance vocabulary. This program teaches how to achieve a seamless and natural movement quality by applying basic dance theory and sensual movement exploration.

For this class you will need:

  • Knee coverage is required and knee pads are highly recommended as the coverage option.
  • Arms and legs should be covered with something fitted and that will not stick to the floor.
  • Layers are highly recommended.
  • Ankle socks are required.

Students should make sure that they are properly hydrated and well nourished to take this class.

Floor Explorer

Explore the floor!

In this class, you will learn to control and connect movements on the ground, whether they be sensual or graceful, or heck, even both! All moves will be safely taught with modifications as needed.

For this class, you will need:

  • Knee coverage is required. (Knee pads, thick pants, leg warmers etc…)
  • Heels are not required, but are highly encouraged as well.
  • If you prefer not to wear heels, please bring toe coverage as you may be sliding on the floor. (Socks, half soles etc…)

Students should make sure that they are properly hydrated and well nourished to take this class.

Finding Flexy

Finding Flexy! Flexibility does not come easy for many; but we want to do our best to help you find it! In this all levels class we will focus on different types of stretching that will target different muscles groups within your body.

For this class, you will need:
Comfortable and supportive clothing that are easy to move in. If you have your own yoga mat, you may bring it to class, however we do provide them in the studio as well.

Students should make sure that they are properly hydrated and well nourished to take this class.

You are welcome to bring water* and a towel.

Sultry™

Are you ready to move and feel your inner sensual energy come through? Then Studio Neesheta’s Sultry™ is for you! In this all levels class, you will learn to appreciate your body through sensual movement while dancing, stretching, and holding poses. Each class will end with a light stretch with a focus on breathing and finding your center. Dressing in a way that makes you feel comfortable and or sexy is highly suggested for this class. Whether it’s a sexy lingerie piece, or a baggy white tee, the choice is yours.

For this class you will need:

Any clothing that makes you feel comfortable and or sexy. Knee coverage is not required, but recommended if you have sensitive knees. Heels are welcomed but not required. Mats are provided, however you are welcome to bring your own as well.

Students should make sure that they are properly hydrated and well nourished to take this class.

Cultural Dance

This all levels class will take you on a fun, upbeat, and heart pumping ride through the world. In this class you will learn different cultural and exotic dance styles such as but not limited to, belly dance, Bollywood, salsa, Polynesian, hip hop and more, combined with a great cardio workout. Its a great way to burn those calories, tone those bodies, or just have some fun. Be prepared to sweat glitter!
For this class, you will need:

  • A sports bra or comfortable top,
  • comfortable and breathable leg ware,
  • tennis shoes and or knee coverage may be needed depending on the class theme.
  • No heels allowed for this class for the safety of our students and instructors.
  • Please bring water* and a towel.

Students should make sure that they are properly hydrated and well nourished to take this class.

Chair N Flair

In this class you will learn to execute chair and dance moves safely like the sassy goddess you are, all while getting a fun workout. We may even get the wall or floor involved in this class! Yaassss!
For this class, you will need:

  • A comfortable and supportive top and bottom.
  • Knee coverage is required. (Knee pads, thick pants, leg warmers etc…)
  • Heels are optional, but recommended.

Students should make sure that they are properly hydrated and well nourished to take this class. You are welcomed to bring water* and a towel.

Pole Dance & Prance

Are you new to pole dancing and want to learn how make heads turn? Then this is the class for you! In this all level pole dance class, you will learn not only the foundations to pole dancing, but the safe way to execute spins, transitions, and poses. During each class, you will also learn how to put everything together for a fun routine!
Are you an intermediate or advanced student? While it is always great to refresh yourself with foundation moves, don’t fret! We will make sure to give modifications so you can “work it” too!

For this class you will need:

Clothing that you are comfortable to move in. Heels are not required, but recommended. Knee coverage is not required but may be needed based on personal preference.

Students should make sure that they are properly hydrated and well nourished to take this class.

Pole Tricks & Treats

Tricks and treats!

In this all level class, you will learn the proper techniques to execute both upright and upside down tricks. Performing these movements safely is important to us. We want to make sure that not only will you explore the world of tricks, but that we also provide you with the necessary tools such as movement drills and conditioning exercises to perform them safely and successfully.

Are you a beginner? Perfect! We will make sure you safely learn the foundations for pole tricks, and most importantly, that you wow yourself!

Are you an intermediate or advanced student? While it is always great to revisit foundation moves, and get in some conditioning, don’t fret! We will make sure to give modifications so you can get your “trick on” too!

For this class, you will need:

  • A sports bra
  • comfortable top or tank
  • short shorts or booty shorts.
  • No heels allowed for this class for the safety of our students and instructors.
  • Please bring water* and a towel.

For safety, please make sure that you do not apply any lotion the day of class.

Pole Tricks Exploration

Are you ready to explore the many possibilities of your pole tricks? Then Pole Tricks Exploration will take you there!

In this intermediate level class, you will begin to explore your existing knowledge of tricks movement and technique, as well as learn to make shapes, connect and develop your own personal movements, and build your strength as a dancer.

Performing these movements safely is important to us. We want to make sure that not only will you explore the world of tricks, but that we also provide you with the necessary tools such as movement drills and conditioning exercises to perform them safely and successfully.
For this class, you will need:
A sports bra, comfortable top or tank, and short shorts or booty shorts. No heels allowed for the majority of the class for the safety of our students and instructors. However, your instructor may allow some time for a freestyle with shoes towards the end of class. Please only execute moves your are comfortable with while in your shoes. Please bring water* and a towel.

For safety, please make sure that you do not apply any lotion the day of class.

Video Babes

Do you dance around the house pretending to be a music video babe? Then this class is or you!

This all levels, 1 hour class will get your blood pumping while dancing some of the greatest music hits. In this class you will learn a new dance routine each month. By the end of the four weeks, you will have learned a new and fun routine giving you that sassy video babe status!

Things to keep in mind:

  • tennis shoes may be needed depending on the class theme.
  • No heels allowed for this class for the safety of our students and instructors.

Mermaid Babes

Wanna be a Mermaid Babe?! Get ready for the summer with this all levels cardio and drills class! We have many different styles of fun, safe, heart pumping, and beach ready workouts both on and off of the pole to get your body glistening and sparkling!

For this class, you will need:
A sports bra, comfortable top, comfortable and breathable leg ware, tennis shoes and or knee coverage may be needed depending on the day’s class workout. No heels allowed for this class for the safety of our students and instructors. Please bring water* and a towel.

Students must make sure that they are properly hydrated and well nourished to take this class.

Movement Roulette

Lady Luck! Join us in this all levels Movement Roulette Class where the class theme is based on Instructor’s Choice! Each class will be a different theme, so get ready for some fun surprises!

For this class, you will need:
Bring All The Things!
A supportive or comfortable top.
Depending on Instructor’s Choice of theme, you may need, shorts, knee coverage, heels, etc…

Please bring water* and a towel.

Open Floor

The floor is yours in this all levels, 1 hour open studio practice time. Use this time to practice, stretch, or rehearse. Light pole choreography (no tricks and spins) is allowed during this time, as this time is mainly reserved for those who will be using the space for grounded activities. Instruction will not be provided during this time, however an instructor will be present and available for questions and support. Students must only perform moves that they are comfortable doing and or have been taught before by an instructor.

Please make sure that you are dressed comfortably and according to your dance activity.
Depending on your desired practice time you may need:

  • a sports bra
  • comfortable top
  • knee coverage
  • lava lava skirt
  • heels etc…

Students should make sure that they are properly hydrated and well nourished to take this class.

Open Pole

The poles are yours in this all levels, 1 hour open studio practice time. Use this time to practice, stretch, or rehearse. Instruction will not be provided during this time, however an instructor will be present and available for questions and support. Students must only perform moves that they are comfortable doing and or have been taught before by an instructor.

Make sure that you are dressed comfortably and according to your pole dance style.
Depending on your desired practice time you may need:

  • grip aid etc…
